Products get better when the people using them can say what is wrong and what is missing, and can see what happened next. Today Gauntlet gains three things for that.
Requests, answered on the ticket
In the console, Requests lets you submit a bug, an issue, an enhancement or an improvement. The Scientist, an AI that acts as a senior engineer and product manager, reads it against the product facts and the open backlog, and answers on the ticket within seconds: accepted with a plan, a question when something is unclear, a duplicate linked to an existing request, or a kind no with the reason. Paid customers are prioritised one tier higher than trial accounts for the same request.
Accepted items carry a plan that always includes the documentation and demo-video updates the change needs, because every change we ship is documented and filmed. When it is deployed you are told on the ticket and by email, and the item appears in the live What's new list.
A forum, with a bot that helps and a bot that moderates
Community is where users talk to each other: posts, replies, up and down votes. The UnisonAI bot answers questions it can answer from the product facts and stays quiet otherwise. Abusive, spam or personal-data posts are removed automatically before anyone sees them, and the author is told why.
And this blog
Where we will write about what we build and what we learn. Say hello on the forum, or open your first request from the console.
