Tested every ten minutes, in production, with real data

gauntletengineeringreliability

A health check tells you a server is up. It does not tell you that a customer can still add a team member, mint an API key, start a chat, get a reply, open a case and erase a contact. So Gauntlet does all of that, against production, every ten minutes.

A synthetic customer, not a ping

A dedicated tenant signs in and does what real customers do: creates a member, suspends and restores them, mints and revokes a key, registers a connection, changes branding and business hours, starts a chat, gets auto-assigned, opens an urgent case, replies, closes with a wrap-up code, creates and erases CRM records, uses the vendor API, and tries to read another tenant's data (and is refused). Around eighty checks per cycle. Everything it creates is purged afterwards.

Every night, the parts that must never touch production

Self-serve signup and trial caps, password reset and email verification with real tokens, Super Admin tenant lifecycle, billing webhooks, and a real browser clicking through the console. Plus a documentation lane: every API route must be in the reference, every linked video and PDF must serve, and the changelog may not fall behind the handbook.

What you can do with this

Ask for the Ops Monitor in any evaluation. It shows the latest cycle by lane and every check that ran. The numbers in your reports, the isolation we promise your clients and the automation you switch on are each re-proven hundreds of times a day. That is the evidence, not a slide.
