Most website chat widgets fail in one of two ways. Either a bot answers everything with confident nonsense, or every message lands in an inbox nobody is watching. We wanted neither, so we put our own product on our own site.
What the visitor sees
A small bubble on every page of unisonai.com. Ask about plans, prices, the free trial, how Gauntlet tests an AI agent, or whether we integrate with Genesys, and an answer arrives in seconds.
What is actually happening
The AI answers only from a knowledge base we wrote: plans, prices, policies, links and contact details. It is told, in plain terms, never to invent prices, dates or commitments. When a question is outside that knowledge it says so, promises a personal follow-up and asks for an email address.
When a person steps in
The owner gets an email on their phone, with the full transcript and a Reply now button, whenever:
- someone asks for a person, sales, a demo, billing, a refund or a call
- someone sounds unhappy
- someone leaves an email address (it is saved to the CRM too)
- the AI could not answer
- a new message arrives in a chat a person already joined
Every other message is throttled to one alert per conversation every five minutes, so a quiet afternoon stays quiet.
Try it
The bubble is on this page. Ask it something. If you run a website and want the same thing, it is one line of code: gauntlet.unisonai.com.
